Aaron spent nine years serving on the pastoral staff of First Baptist Church of Bridgeport, MI, where the Lord strengthened and grew his desire to minister to youth and families. He had been coming to CoBeAc since 2005, and is now happy to be serving as Executive Director. Aaron is excited to minister to pastors, youth pastors, and churches with a perspective of the priority of the local church.
Tina grew up coming to CoBeAc with her family and church, and has enjoyed showing their boys, Jackson and William, the many places that held special memories for her as a child. She enjoys getting involved in the many ministries of camp: hostessing, ladies retreats, banquet planning, and counseling the ladies in CBBI and on summer staff.
The Wilson’s are excited to serve and grow at CoBeAc.

Ben and MacKenzie ScottOperation's Manager and Hospitality Manager
Ben is a graduate of our Bible Institute, and after interning joined the camp staff in 2014. His knowledge of construction and attention to detail has made him an invaluable member of the maintenance team.
Mackenzie joined full time staff after marrying Ben in 2014. Her sweet spirit is evident in the care she invests in keeping things ready to be used by the many people that visit camp throughout the year.
Jason, Jaala, Peyton, Kinsley, and Jase LewisCBBI Director
Jason and Jaala were new to the staff in Fall 2016 and are excited to serve with our CBBI students! Jason brings a fresh spirit with a decade of local church ministry experience serving in the Chesapeake, VA area. Jason and Jaala have 3 kids, Peyton, Kinsley and their baby Jase. The Lewis’s bring a vibrant new energy to every day campus life and servant’s hearts to this ministry! They are already making a difference with new ideas, great leadership, and a personal touch to the lives of our students. We look forward to seeing how the Lord will use them in the future of CBBI and Camp CoBeAc.
Phil and Lauren PierceProgram Team and Financial Secretary
Phil and Lauren Pierce both attended our Bile Institute and graduated in the class of 2014. They both have a great heart for the Lord, and love to help out anywhere they are asked. Phil served at CoBeAc as a counselor during a few summers and now finds himself on full-time staff. Lauren also served a summer here on the retail team. They got married in October 2016 and served the Lord in their local church in Jackson, Michigan. Phil brings a lot of experience and fun to the program team. Lauren brings professionalism and lots of smiles to the CoBeAc office as the Financial Secretary.
Rebekah ScottRegistration Secretary
Rebekah attended the Bible Institute for 1 year before serving for 2 years in the Camp Apprenticeship program, gaining experience in the kitchen department, on the hospitality team, and working in the office. She came on staff in May of 2017. She is one of our registration secretaries in the office, which keeps her busy year round. In addition to handling registration, Rebekah also serves as our girls’ dorm supervisor and is fondly referred to as “Mom.”
Emily FieldFood Service Manager
Emily is a graduate of our Bible Institute where she received Christ as her personal Savior in October of 2010. Emily served as the manager at a restaurant for 5 years, and she joined our team as the Food Service Manager in the fall of 2013. Her kitchen staff refers to her as “Boss,” but her sensitivity and care for the well being of the campers is evident to all who come through the kitchen doors.
Bekah BeemanAdministrative Assistant
Rebekah, known as “Bekah,” attended the Bible Institute for two years and graduated in 2013. Bekah came on staff in the summer of 2015. She has already displayed an array of abilities as a great asset to the ministry. Although most days she is kept busy in the office as an administrative assistant, she also helps with special music and is a barista in the Ugly Mug with an ice rage specialty drink creation of her own – so good, it is named after her!
Levi RaganRetail Manager
Levi grew up volunteering at CoBeAc for numerous events throughout the years. He attended Maranatha Baptist University, where he studied music education for 2 years. He then pursued a career in business management. Levi came on staff in March of 2017. He is a great asset to the camp, bringing order, skills, and experience to the retail and kitchen departments.
