God is using CoBeAc. That’s our focus. That’s our priority. That’s our heartbeat. And because of this focus, God is growing CoBeAc. We believe this verse: “For the eyes of the Lord run to and fro throughout the whole earth, to shew himself strong in the behalf of them whose heart is perfect toward him.” We are striving to have perfect hearts. Nothing more, nothing less.
Camp is about serving churches. Camp is simply a tool for you! And hundreds of churches are choosing to use CoBeAc. But why? Blobs? Lakes? Mud pits? Location? Cost? NO. This is all about a philosophy of ministry. It is our desire to communicate to you the “Why” of CoBeAc ministry. Please understand that these are the four elements on which we base all our camp programming.
We promise to emphasize and direct our programming towards these four elements:
· Conversions – Campers Saved!
Oh the joy of seeing young people come to know Christ. Last summer we saw over 144 kids saved to the glory of Jesus Christ! “…not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.”
· Convictions – Campers Obedient to God!
Camp is about decisions. Hundreds and hundreds of decisions are made at camp in our distraction free, conservative, loving culture of CoBeAc. Preaching is priority, and the call to obedience is paramount! “Turn you at my reproof: behold, I will pour out my spirit unto you, I will make known my words unto you.”
· Consistencies – Campers Growing in Christ!
Spiritual decisions are made at camp, but it is spiritual disciplines that will carry those decisions through the summer! We want to emphasize bible reading, prayer, obedience, etc. and have the tools available for discipleship purposes for the local church. “But his delight is in the law of the Lord; and in his law doth he meditate day and night.”
· Calling – Campers Called into His Harvest!
We want to take serious Jesus prayer request that God would call people into His Harvest! We understand the stats of the ages of missionaries and pastors who were called into ministry at a young age at a camp. “Pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he will send forth labourers into his harvest.”
We live in interesting times. Our battle, the real battle, is over the hearts and minds of young people. Young people need to be saved, walk in obedience, grow in Christ, and be called into His Harvest! CoBeAc is committed to serving your church in this way.
